Tyler was honest and sent someone to get my bike due to my work schedule so I could have my new tires and handlebars installed, when it was discovered I needed to also get new grips he called ASAP and when I picked up my bike on a Saturday the Tech who did the work on it (Samuel) installed them on the spot for me and did an awesome job, he set my bars up to fit me best and showed me how to adjust them if needed as well.
